Warranty & Support

Eligible MiaEpic products purchased directly from our official website are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the carrier-confirmed delivery date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

• Manufacturing defects in the motor, housing or electronic components
• Failure of parts under normal operating conditions
• Battery or charging issues caused by covered manufacturing defects

• Accidental damage (drops, water ingestion beyond rated specifications, physical damage)
• Damage caused by misuse or use outside intended guidelines
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear, including battery capacity reduction from normal aging
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function

• Your order number
• Product name and model
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video if possible

We aim to reply within 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Approved warranty claims may result in a replacement unit or replacement parts, at MiaEpic's discretion. We do not offer cash refunds for warranty claims unless a replacement is not available.
