30-Day Return Window
• You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported promptly are eligible for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
• Buyer-remorse returns may be accepted only after approval and are subject to return shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee.
• Do not send any item back without return authorization and the correct return instructions from MiaEpic.
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to orders placed on the official MiaEpic website. It explains who pays return shipping, when a restocking fee applies, how to report damaged or incorrect items, and how refunds are processed.
You may request a return within 30 days after the delivery date shown by the carrier. Return requests submitted after the 30-day window may be refused unless required by law or approved by MiaEpic in writing.
To qualify for a standard return and refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
· The return request is submitted within 30 days after delivery.
· The item is returned in the same condition in which it was received, without misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification.
· The item is securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging when reasonably available, including manuals, accessories, charging cable, nozzles, attachments, and other included components.
· You provide a valid order number, receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase linked to miaepic.com.
MiaEpic may deny or adjust a refund if returned items are missing major components, are not in eligible condition, or are sent back without approval.
Unless required by law or approved by MiaEpic, the following are not eligible for return:
· Items returned after the 30-day return window.
· Products damaged by misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized repair, unauthorized modification, water exposure, fire, or operation outside the intended use.
· Gift cards, final-sale items, promotional giveaway items, customized products, and items clearly marked non-returnable at the time of purchase.
· Products missing major accessories, serial numbers, manuals, or required return components.
If you want to return an item because of a change of mind, incorrect model selection, no longer needing the item, or similar customer reason, you are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping unless otherwise required by law. Approved buyer-remorse returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, calculated from the item purchase price and deducted from the refund.
If the return is caused by MiaEpic’s error, such as a defective item, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, MiaEpic will cover the approved return shipping cost and no restocking fee will apply.
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at MiaEpic@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
1. Your order number.
2. Clear photographs and/or a short video showing the damage, defect, incorrect item, shipping label, and outer packaging if applicable.
3. A short description of the problem.
Reports made after 48 hours may delay review and may limit the remedies available for transit-damage claims where carrier evidence is no longer available.
To start a return, email MiaEpic@outlook.com with your order number, the email used to place the order, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. If your return is approved, MiaEpic will provide:
· Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or other return approval.
· The correct return warehouse address.
· Additional packing or carrier instructions if required.
Do not return any package to the sender address shown on the original shipping label unless we instruct you to do so. Items sent back without prior approval may be delayed, refused, or treated as ineligible for refund.
Merchant error: If the return is approved because the item was defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent, MiaEpic will cover the approved return shipping cost.
Customer reason: If the return is requested for buyer-remorse or similar customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any applicable carrier handling charges.
For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items, MiaEpic may provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or another commercially reasonable solution depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue. Replacement delivery times follow our Shipping Policy and begin after the replacement order is processed.
Once your approved return package is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 Business Days for your bank, credit-card issuer, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment provider to post the transaction after the refund is processed.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to cancel the order before it enters processing or ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery under this policy.
