Returns
Do not send a return without authorization. Contact support@miaepic.com first to obtain the actual authorized return address and return procedure. For eligible returns, MiaEpic may provide an authorized Amazon FBA return location or another overseas warehouse closer to the customer's actual return location where available. Customers must not send products directly to an Amazon FBA facility, fulfillment center, overseas warehouse, or registered business address without prior authorization.
The registered business address in China remains the legal registered business address and is not the default operational return address for customers in the United States or other overseas markets.
