MiaEpic Shipping Policy
• All processing times, shipping times, and delivery estimates on this page are stated in Business Days.
• Order Processing Time and Shipping Transit Time are separate. Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.
• U.S. orders are generally fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse network when inventory is available.
• Shipping availability, final charges, and destination-specific delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the official MiaEpic website. It explains order processing, transit estimates, tracking, address accuracy, and how delivery issues are handled.
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 Business Days after payment authorization is completed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. During peak periods, holidays, severe weather, inventory verification, fraud review, or carrier disruption, processing may take longer.
Shipping Transit Time begins after the order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Estimated transit times are displayed in Business Days. For U.S. standard delivery, typical transit times are:
· Most U.S. regions: 2 to 5 Business Days after shipment.
· Remote areas: 3 to 7 Business Days after shipment.
· Ultra-remote areas, territories, or limited-service destinations: 7 to 15 Business Days after shipment.
For international or special-region orders, the estimated transit time and any shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on the destination and available service.
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time. Example: if Processing Time is 1 to 3 Business Days and Transit Time is 2 to 5 Business Days, the estimated total delivery time is 3 to 8 Business Days.
All delivery windows are estimates only and may vary because of carrier operations, weather, customs, address issues, security checks, force majeure events, or other conditions outside MiaEpic’s reasonable control.
Any available free-shipping offer, flat-rate shipping, carrier-calculated shipping, duties, taxes, or destination-specific delivery options will be shown at checkout before you complete payment. If a destination is not serviceable through the available carriers, the order may not be accepted.
For U.S. customers, orders are normally shipped from our U.S. warehouse network whenever inventory is available. In limited cases, an order may be fulfilled from another approved warehouse location because of stock availability, product type, routing efficiency, or operational requirements.
After dispatch, MiaEpic will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number when available. Carrier tracking may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update after the package is accepted by the carrier.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. MiaEpic is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact MiaEpic@outlook.com immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
For U.S. domestic orders fulfilled within the United States, import duties are generally not expected at delivery. For international or special-region orders, duties, taxes, import charges, customs handling, or similar fees may apply according to the destination country’s laws and the checkout presentation.
If tracking shows a significant delay, no movement, delivery to the wrong location, or visible transit damage, contact MiaEpic at MiaEpic@outlook.com with your order number and tracking number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange support under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to collect the parcel, MiaEpic may deduct the actual return shipping cost, reshipment cost, and any applicable handling charges from the refund where permitted by law.
