Safe Use Guidance

Safe Use Starts With the Manual

Always read the product manual before use. Follow all safety warnings and charging instructions.

Use only as directed.

Keep airflow away from eyes, face, pets and people.

Power off electronics before deep cleaning.

Hold PC fans still when cleaning fan blades.

Use lower airflow around delicate surfaces.

Keep products away from liquids unless the manual clearly states otherwise.

Use compatible chargers and accessories.

Stop using the product if it appears damaged.

These answers keep documentation claims tied to product, model and component scope.

Do all MiaEpic products have the same documentation?

No. MiaEpic publishes quality, safety, and compliance documentation for select product models when supporting documents are available. Documentation for one product does not mean every MiaEpic product carries the same report, declaration, or document scope.

Which MiaEpic products have available documentation?

Current documentation supports P80 and Z3, subject to final model and document-scope verification before publishing. Other MiaEpic products should not display product-document badges unless product-specific supporting documents are available.

What documents are available for P80?

P80 documentation may include FCC documentation, CE/EMC documentation, RoHS reports, UKCA documentation, IEC/EN safety-related reports, and battery/transport documents where supported by document scope.

What documents are available for Z3?

Z3 documentation may include FCC documentation, CE/EMC documentation, RoHS reports, UKCA/EMC documentation, PSE documentation, IEC safety-related reports, user manual, and battery-related documents where supported by document scope.

Why do some products not show product documents?

Some products do not currently have a published product-specific documentation or test-document set. Those products should use safe-use guidance, product manuals where available, troubleshooting support, and warranty support instead of unsupported product-document badges.

Does a battery document apply to the whole product?

Battery documents may apply to the battery cell, battery pack, component, or transport condition rather than the complete finished product.

Is MiaEpic UL listed or UL approved?

No. MiaEpic should not describe any product as UL Certified, UL Listed, or UL Approved unless official UL listing documentation is available for that specific product. A third-party report referencing UL 1017 is not the same as UL listing.

What does FCC documentation mean?

FCC documentation may relate to electromagnetic compatibility or radio-frequency compliance scope stated in the document. Review the document scope before making product-level claims.

What does RoHS documentation mean?

RoHS documentation may relate to restricted-substance testing or declaration for the listed model, component, batch, or scope.

Can I download the reports?

Reviewed, non-sensitive documents may be available as Download PDF. Documents that require redaction, scope verification, or controlled release can be requested through support@miaepic.com.
