Payment Policy

MiaEpic accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

All payments are processed in USD through Shopify's secure checkout.

All transactions on miaepic.com are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant, encrypted payment infrastructure. MiaEpic does not store your full credit card details. Checkout is secured with HTTPS encryption across the entire site.

Your selected payment method is charged at the time of order placement. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment is processed.

If you need to cancel an order, contact support@miaepic.com as quickly as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel it. If it has shipped, the standard return and refund process applies.

Refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days; payment providers may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to post the transaction.

All prices on miaepic.com are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may charge foreign transaction fees depending on your account terms.

If your payment is declined, please verify your card details, billing address and available balance. Contact your card issuer if the issue continues. For persistent checkout issues, contact support@miaepic.com.

Any active promotions, automatic discounts, or special discount codes will be clearly displayed on our website's top announcement bar, on the Deals page, or directly on the product pages. Eligible codes can be applied during checkout. Only one discount code is accepted per order. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to placed orders.
